This is a help document I wrote for a reporting page that my team built. I was uniquely positioned to work on both the page itself (UI text and tooltip text) and its documentation.

Agile Investment Management Knowledge Base
I wrote documentation for Apptio’s Agile Investment Management SaaS product (since rebranded to Targetprocess). I worked with a strike team including two product managers, a dev manager, a dev lead, and a UX designer to refine terminology within the application, as well as create a knowledge base of help documentation.
The Agile Investment Management Knowledge Base (AIM KB) consists of a series of 36 topics, including a quick-start guide, a glossary, a cost-diagram, and a collection of reference topics. I wrote it with guidance and creative input from the product team.

Help Service
I led the development of a new platform to host Apptio’s help content. I used the XML editor Madcap Flare to create the new site. Below is a comparison between the old and new help content:
